We are looking for graduates from leading international universities and business schools. You can apply as a graduate or with more relevant experience from the consulting industry or major groups.
Do I need to have experience in consulting to apply?
Not necessarily. Depending on the job you wish to apply for and your work experience, you can join our firm with no experience as a consultant. We are looking for applicants from both the consulting field and major companies in the public or private sectors.
What kinds of internships do you offer?
We generally offer end-of-studies internships that last six months. You will join an operational team.
What are the applicants profiles? Trainees from top business and engineering schools, and universities.
How do I apply?
To apply, contact us at recrutement@eurogroupconsulting.com
Remember to have your CV ready, along with your letter of interest in Word™ or pdf format.
What will happen once I submit my application?
You will receive an auto-reply acknowledging receipt of your application.
Our Human Resources department will process your application.
If it should be unsuccessful, you will be notified by email via your personal area.
If you are shortlisted, Human Resources will contact you to arrange an initial interview.
How does the recruitment process work?
For trainees: three recruitment interviews conducted by operational staff.
For young graduates and experienced applicants: four interviews with operational staff. During these interviews, you will be assessed according to a number of criteria: your personality, your motivation, your education and experience, and your ability to adapt to the profession and our values.
If the interviews go well, our Human Resources team will be in touch to offer you a training course or a permanent role.
What happens when I join Eurogroup for my first day?
Each new staff member attends a day of introduction.
This includes a general presentation of the consultancy and an in-depth study of the consulting profession.
What support can I expect over my first months as a new member of Eurogroup?
Throughout their career, all consultants are assisted by a ‘career mentor’.
Managers and senior managers are supported by a partner.
Each consultant begins a series of training courses that reflects their grade.
What will happen when I start work?
When you join Eurogroup Consulting, after attending introduction, you will work directly on an assignment commissioned by one of our clients. Depending on your grade and experience, you will be expected to join or lead a team and contribute to the successful execution of our assignments.
What are the main assessment criteria?
For both beginners and experienced consultants, the assessment of progress is based on two main criteria. The first is related to professional skills and the second to sectorial and operational competencies.
For managers and senior managers, assessment is based on three criteria: a client criterion related to your commercial commitment and development; a management and leadership criterion related to your team management skills, contributions and in-house commitments; finally, a criterion related to your role in skills transfers and the success of the firm.
How does the staffing process work?
You may join one or more assignment teams to which other operational managers and/or consultants can be appointed and whose number of participants will vary according to the needs of the assignment. Each assignment can last for a number of months and may involve ongoing or one-off travel to and/or stays in different regions or abroad.
What are the special characteristics of work as a consultant within Eurogroup Consulting?
Apart from advisory assignments, each consultant plays an active role in the firm’s commercial initiatives and proposals, and its research and publications. Each consultant may also be involved in the running of the firm: recruitment, training facilitation, career management, Eurogroup Autrement, our skills sponsorship program or our work committee and the activities it organizes.
What training can I expect?
Your personal development is at the core of our training plan. It means providing dedicated modules with clear objectives adapted to each grade. Those modules are innovative in terms of format and content, and the educational techniques they use.
We have a long-term approach of training, based on paths of progress and principles of occupational excellency. Prospects of career development are expressed in 11 specific ‘fundamental’ modules for each grade; 9 ‘methods and tools’ modules related to the consultant’s job and 8 ‘in-depth’ modules exploring our clients’ areas of business.
What social and cultural activities does the work committee organize?
Our work committee organizes all kinds of sporting, cultural and gourmet activities!
The governing principle? To facilitate exchanges and sharing, stimulate curiosity and encourage receptiveness among all our staff!
