Trainee induction at Eurogroup Consulting
We attach particular importance to welcome you at the firm. That’s why, like every employees, you participate in an orientation day as soon as you arrive. On this occasion, we offer you a general presentation of Eurogroup Consulting and our jobs.
Whatever your sector, we integrate you into teams, to join a mission and/or carry out an internal thematic study.

Mentoring
Throughout your career, you will be assisted by a mentor whose role will be to guide you within the consulting world and Eurogroup Consulting. He will listen to your expectations and follow your integration within the firm.
You also benefit from regular monitoring by our human resources team, which ensures your good development and the richness of your internship.
Career management
First, we organize a mid-term exchange with the career team and your referent. During this meeting, you will exchange on the first months of your internship.
Then, during the end-of-internship assessment, you will review your experience with your operational manager in relation with the different objectives set at the start of the internship. During the meeting, you will receive feedback on your work and will be able to share your impressions of your experience with Eurogroup Consulting.
